GUARANTEE EXAM POLICY
Our guarantee states: YOU WILL PASS YOUR CERTIFICATION EXAMS if you use our material(s)! If the registered user passes the Quickcert exam simulator online with a total average score of 96% or better then fails the corresponding certification exam at the testing center on more than one occasion within 180 days of purchase. Then faxes the results of both failed exams (Certification Exam) to QuickCert, the corresponding training package for that EXAM is eligible to return for a refund, less shipping and handling charges. This guarantee applies only to products purchased directly through QuickCert, Inc. Exam fees are not included in cost of training.
COURSE MATERIAL UPGRADES
If the exam and/or course progresses through an update or upgrade by the vendor and we update our course, you are entitled to an upgrade of your course materials. The upgrade policy is in effect for a total of one (1) year from the date of purchase. You must pay the shipping and handling for the course; once completed you receive the Instructor-led Training (ILT) at no charge. Books, Test Prep | Knowledge Review and any other supplemental materials are not included in the upgrade policy. Those items will require separate purchase. Ask your Sales Advisor for more information related to our previous customer discount.
EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT | MENTOR ADVISORS
All customers have access to our free Support (Educational, Technical & Customer). Our Support options cover our course materials and do not cover customer projects outside of the course materials (Business, School, and Personal). Mentors and Advisors are also available (Please ask your Sales Advisor for more details)
MATERIAL WARRANTY
All of our course materials have a one (1) year warranty. If a DVD or CD is damaged you can call our support line to receive a replacement disk. All sales are final.
